CEO and Managing Director
Dom is a passionate brand and business builder who loves to embrace technology to create disruptive business models. Dom has more than 20 years of leadership experience in companies spanning consumer goods, retail, media and asset management. He has a proven track record in General and P&L Management, Digital Transformation, Brand Strategy and Management, Innovation, Pricing, and Demand Generation, as well as building & sustaining high performing teams.



Co-founder and Managing Director
Felix founded Lingoda together with his brother Fabian. Since the company’s founding in 2013, Felix has managed almost all departments at Lingoda. His background is in the offline language school market where he has worked as a Department Head for one of the leading chains of offline language schools in Europe.



CTO
As an Ed Tech industry leader Jonathan is passionate about using technology to help people achieve their goals through learning. Among others he is experienced in learning experience platforms, training marketplaces and online proctored examinations. He has been a CTO for 10+ years leading global tech teams to grow education and learning businesses successfully. For Lingoda, he uses his vast experience to ensure our technology and platform delivers for all customers, students and teachers.



CMO
Vicky is a results-driven marketing leader with a passion for customer-focused strategies and brand transformation. With over 18 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, CRM, and strategy, she has built a reputation for driving growth and innovation in dynamic, fast-paced industries. Vicky has successfully led high-performing teams across digital platforms, consumer goods, and e-commerce, creating impactful marketing strategies that deliver measurable success. As Chief Marketing Officer at Lingoda, she continues to leverage her expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, and digital transformation to elevate customer experiences and business performance.



COO - Health
Charlotte is an experienced senior leader with over 10 years in scaling and optimising business operations in startups and scale-ups. She has a proven track record in business operations, process optimisation, cross-functional leadership, and organisational transformation. Passionate about efficiency and continuous improvement, she focuses on building scalable structures and empowering high-performing teams. As Chief Operating Officer at Lingoda, Charlotte leads the Health Business Unit, driving the execution of B2B2G products that support international healthcare professionals in obtaining their state qualification and integrating successfully into Germany.



CSO
As Chief Strategy Officer, Bulat uses his previous extensive experience in investment banking and management consulting to drive company's growth and deliver value both to Lingoda customers and shareholders. Bulat's main focus areas are strategy formulation & execution, corporate development and M&A.
